If you need to change the mailing address for your tax bill, call Eau Claire County at 715-839-2984.  Changes must be made by the first part of November in order to take affect for the December mailing.

A revaluation of property assessments in the Town of Washington will occur for the 2018 assessment year.  The Town Assessor may stop at your property in 2018; this would be Gene Johnson or John Palm of Appraisal Services.  The Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in Sections 943.13 and 943.15, Wisconsin Statutes.  Revaluation notices will be sent to property owners in September of 2018.
